Share lang ko sa akong sentiments with the crews here especially kanang cashier nga babaye and server nga short guy. Unfortunately, wa nako makuha ilang name. I and my Japanese bf who looks quite older than me were strolling around SM seaside hangtod sa naka decide mi nga mag lunch na , and agreed nga pizza hut mangaon since that also would be my first time to try pizza hut and favorite pd na sa akong uyab. We went there excited , but only to feel disappointed sa ilang long serving time ,nahuman nalang ug kaon ug nanglakaw nalang ang duha ka groups nga nauwahi pa gani namo'g order and same rag order sa amoa (but naa lang mi caesar salad additional nga giorder). We waited patiently long (for more than 30 mins), until gifollow-up namo among order but halata na kaayo nga na dismaya nami. I think nakalimtan nila among order, but sige lang okay ra to. But while we continued waiting, to add up to the already-disappointing situation, I heard the server guy saying things or seemingly chanting things like, "Buy me this daddy...by me this daddy" repeatedly and there were laughters in the background as well. Gitan.aw nako akong palibot to see if there were couples with large age gaps, pero wala. Kami ra akong uyab, was that chant intended for us ? Giserve ang food pero wa na namo na enjoy ,murag wa nay lasa. Kay throughout that time nga naa mi ddto, I felt judged and disrespected, and I felt sorry pud sa akong uyab. Lastly, nagpay nami sa bill, and they provided us another long waiting time napud before mi nahatagan ug sukli, although nagchitchat ra ang mga staffs and the cashier, and acted as they didn't notice us waiting. I had to intervene them with their chitchats para masuklian nami ug makahawa nami sa place kay we (mainly me) feel disrespected. Pagkahatag na sa sukli, nagsorry ang cashier.
Pizza hut train your people to respect people..or at least hire people who know how to respect or kanang di bugal-bugalon. If you can't respect other people's choices ,then at least shut your mouth nalang. My bf and I do have a large age gap, but you don't have the right to treat us that way. Though I am 27 yrs old already, a teacher, and can afford to buy things on my own, but katong bugal bugal nga chant from your employee kay maka offend gihapon. I felt bad for my BF.
That was my first ever experience from Pizza Hut seaside, it was not even an inch close to my expectation, but I hope you'll be treated well by the...
Read moreI love Pizza generally but Pizza at the SM is try with almost no pizza base sauce. I asked for EXTRA EXTRA PIZZA Sauce as I know from my last visit I don't think there was any on my pizza. My Philippine friend also tried to explain and the waitress keep saying yes sir yes sir but still not get my order correct. I am almost curtain the stuff don't understand English or Philippine as my request explained in both languages is still completely not understood. The topping on the pizza is fine but with no sauce it's very dry. Other none pizza food is okay. Trying to ask for a plastic bag to carry the food I want to take with me is beyond there understanding. They wrapped each slice of pizza in a plastic satchel. No understanding...
Read morePizza Hut has always been a go-to spot for pizza lovers, and my recent visit reminded me why. The menu offers a wide range of options, from their classic pan pizzas to stuffed crusts and pastas. The pizza was served hot, with generous toppings and that signature cheesy crust that Pizza Hut is known for.
The service was efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the clean dining area and the cozy ambiance, making it a nice place for both quick meals and casual family dinners.
One thing I really liked was the variety — aside from pizza, their pasta, chicken wings, and sides were also flavorful, giving more options for everyone...
