Sachi - Best Ramen — Restaurant in Cebu City

We were very eager to try their ramen but this lady who is supposed to be their receptionist sitting at the front was a cross between an atm and a zombie. Instead of answering our querries and encouraging us to eat we were met with yes, no and blank stares. Management would be better off putting her at the back to wash plates. Because of this lady we decided to walk away. You just lost 2 customers who if satisfied would have eagerly spread the word. No thanks to the zombie you put at your doorstep. Btw customers are very hard to comeby nowadays and instead of this lady being thankful she still has a job she's acting as if your the only ramen house in town!

Take note management this lady was at the front table around 4:30pn on feb 23 taking orders like a lifeless robot with attitude! Unless you want to lose more customers I suggest you do...

Lousy female workers who all look like they don't even want to work. We were seated while the staff knew our table wasn't cleared yet. Dirty tables. No one cleared it unless you asked which took 15 minutes. especially the utensils etc. Our food was served cold and late which ruins anyone's appetite. Not worth anyone's time First and last visit. Whoever manages the workers is the most incompetent lousy one of them all.

Don't order any of the takoyaki. They cheat. It's nothing but fried air with expensive toppings.

Later updates: before we left another customer came and says he may have dropped his phone on the very same table we sat at. There was No poo phone before we sat but dirty table.

Now my suspicions are high to why our table wasn't attended for so long. The employees are possibly prone to...

I ordered tantanmen and takoyaki along with just a soda. The tantanmen was flavorful but not overwhelming, it's just right. The broth was well done and personally, it's one of those ramens that I actually finished upto the broth. They don't offer choices for the consistency of the noodles but expect it to be on the "normal" side.

The cheesy takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the bonito flakes blended well with the taste of the other seasonings and the takoyaki itself.

The staff despite being busy for the heavy traffic due to the weekend and events being held was very accommodating and alert to needs...
