After a day trip to Maolbol we stopped for coffee here after it being highly recommended by our tour guide Al. I got the white chocolate iced coffee and it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! The service was amazing from all the staff and there was a great ambience in the place. We left the coffee shop on our way back to Cebu City. Two hours into our journey I realised I had left my designer bag in the coffee shop with many valuables ( my purse, phone, AirPods etc). The coffee shop was already closed by the time we realised the bag was missing but our amazing guide called the owner of the coffee shop to inform him. The owner of the coffee shop was incredible, he returned to get my bag and one of his staff who was travelling to Cebu City that night met myself and my partner with the bag. I never thought I would have gotten my bag back but it was all thanks to Al at Cebu Travel and Oslob Tours and the kindness that was shown by the staff and owner in the Island Coffee Co! These businesses, their staff and owners are beyond incredible and I cannot recommend them both enough!...

Disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.

• Salad: one night it was well served, the next night it came half empty — no croutons, barely any corn, barely anything. Same dish, same price. It’s a joke — you can’t serve a near-empty plate with such indifference.

• Burger: on the menu it looks great… but once served, you lift the bun and reality hits. A tiny, flat patty hiding under a layer of sauce. And the fries? Five lonely pieces fighting for space. You leave the table still hungry.

• Fish’n’Chips: more like Fish’n’Ghost. A thick, inflated batter pretending to hide a big fillet… but inside, a skinny strip of fish barely there. It’s a straight-up scam.

And finally, the service: I paid 750 PHP for a 753 PHP bill (wasn’t going to break a 1000 bill for 3 pesos), and the waitress still made a remark. The night before, I had left them over 40 pesos in change. No sense of loyalty or...

I’m not sure why my original review was removed but I’m writing it again anyway haha. This is, by far, my most favorite coffee shop in Moalboal. The store does not only serve you coffee, you can also dine here! Their food is amazing, they have pizzas and burgers and all sorts of meals you wouldn’t get at any ordinary coffee shop. Their coffee is great, the place is well-ventilated, air-conditioned, the plants add up to the vibe making the place not only comfortable but also romantic, the food is amazing, price is reasonable and they have beers, too! What’s more interesting is their outside seating where you can smoke and listen/watch to some of the greatest song hits/music videos on their wide screen TV. The place is secured with CCTV cameras and there’s a free parking space just...

The food here is delicious. We have eaten here several times and each meal has been great. The pizza has lots of cheese. I had the pasta carbonara today and it is the best carbonara I have ever eaten. Most carbonara served in Moalboal is made using cut up ham lunch meat instead of bacon. This carbonara was made using a healthy amount of rich tasting smokey crispy bacon. My wife had quesadilla, cheesey and delicious. Has indoor and outdoor seating.
