Leylam Shawarma — Restaurant in Cebu

This happened earlier. Worst service ever. Imagine paying for the food but waited for over 20 minutes. Turned out the cashier and all the other staff forgot about my order, although I paid already (I was never given a receipt and I thought that they just sent it to their kitchen for their reference). When I asked about my order, they even ask me for the receipt and they cannot show the receipt to me though they have the copy. The cashier acted like nothing happened and tried to give me my orders (after asking me about those although for sure they have the copy of my receipt). No one said sorry for letting me wait for my food. I mean, there are freaking over 4 staffs at work but no one ever noticed an extra shawarma rice and drink that was not yet served??? Or are you just busy chitchatting??? Slow and worst service ever. I would have went to Gaisano than in South Town if I ever thought this would happen. In the end, I walked out after getting my money back (because I don’t want to eat at that place anymore). Just lost...

Whenever we've got trouble deciding where to eat, this is the place we go to. I particularly like their beef shawarma. The beef is soft and tasty, and the other ingredients mix well with the beef. I am not a fan of the wrap but it's okay. I like the dressing a lot, and the staff are always friendly and willing to give me more of it whenever I ask for some.

The shawarma rice is also good, especially when topped with egg. But without the dressing, the whole thing is just dry. The servers usually put a little amount of the dressing and some people are just too shy to ask for some. But you only ever need to ask, and they will give it to you with a smile.

We do love to eat shawarma rice. Sad thing to say about my experience here in south town. I ordered 3 shawarma rice. But suddenly i notice after paying that there are packages for 3 shawarma rice w/ pitcher of ice tea and noodles. I’ve ask the cashier to change my orders since its the same 3 shawarma rice.
