Planet Cebu — Restaurant in Cebu

We went here for our little bonding. The place is located at the roof top(approx 4 floors high). You have to walk up since there are no elevators. Upon getting there you are greeted with a foul urine smell (seems like their bathrooms are not that clean). Chairs are scattered unorganizedly, it's hard to move from one place to another without bumping to other persons. They have a live band, and while the band was not performing, a disco music is played. Ventilation is not that good, although it may seem that above there gets chilly or windy, the place needs to invest a bit on electric fans, their customers(almost all) got sweaty even when just sitting.

Their bartenders tho are attentive, that's good.

The place offers BAD parking, the parking space are mostly occupied by the owners of the establishments. For us we parked at the newly constructed establishment on the front for safety.

Good place to hang out with friends. There were bands circulating at a routine. Setup is ideal for a starry night. A little discomfort when it rains because of the open space in the middle.

The facility is dirty especially the comfort room. No flush. However the staffs are really accommodating.
