Orange Brutus - Fiesta Mall Branch — Restaurant in Cebu

T’was yesterday when my family had lunch here sa Brutos and we were not satisfied over the fact that the empty tables were sitting for minutes full of plates (whatever the customers ordered), it’s wet and dirty— even the floors. We told a staff to clean the tables and suddenly the staff (who was supposedly responsible for the cleaning) went out from the staff room, cleaning the tables and told us sarcastic words which actually disappoint me. I think not intentionally, but he sprayed the table a little too hard that the liquid went to my aunt’s face. They hired a disrespectful, lazy, and irresponsible staff. Atleast be passionate with your job because that is only for you, for the customers, and the job itself.

Thankfully, the crew on the counter side let a vibe that lightens up the mood. I have no any other to complain, the food is good, the chicken skin good, the steak, and their chicken is beyond the level. It is my third time eating in this branch. The area is clean, even if it's crowded. The employees are professional and do what their job demands. But the food is somehow terrible. It looks drool-worthy, but the taste is different: ● Sizzling Porkchop - medium-cooked meat that is very hard to chew and has bitter gravy on it. My partner ended up spitting 3/4 of the porkchop. ● Sizzling Fish Fillet - served in the size of nuggets (not that it's a problem) and tastes good, but the bitter gravy almost ruined the whole dish. ● Sizzling Shawarma - the best among the four, is highly recommended. ● Half Spaghetti and 1PC Chicken - the spag is delicious, but the chicken is very little. This branch is one of the best branch so far from Orange brutus, I love eating here. The staff are very friendly and polite. All my orders are always correct and never had any bad experiences from this branch nor at any orange brutus branch so far. My favorite is their Burger steak which I would love with egg but unfortunately, I am now allergic to eggs.
