McDonald's Tabunok — Restaurant in Cebu

Had the worst experience at Mcdo Tabunok. Politely asked the guard's opinion if the chicken was undercooked. He took my plate and said he would have it checked. I'm glad Manong Guard accommodated my concern immediately, and the staff replaced it with another chicken. Now, I thought my concern was resolved, but it's still pink, and I can slightly taste the raw chicken! Manong Guard may have noticed I was upset, so he politely asked about the food. I told him, "Kuya, I'm not sure if it's because of the light or something, but the second chicken is slightly undercooked." He took my plate again, and the manager approached, saying the thigh part is usually bloody. Hala! I've been eating chicken since I was a kid, so I know if it's cooked or undercooked. Makabuang! The service was okay until the manager's rebuttal. I didn't say it in front of her, of course. Then she asked if it's okay to replace it with a wing part, and I gladly said, "Yes, sure! I prefer a wing part or breast part." The manager handed me the third chicken, and it's a wing part, so I'm satisfied. Manong Guard smiled and apologized. Maypang guard. Food is okay. Service, if I can rate Zero Star I will rate it Zero. Super delay food.they told me that my food was already serve but we received nothing so I follow up 3 times.weve been waiting for 30mins for the food my baby was crying already. I went to the counter for our food, the staffs were not friendly and helpful. They saw me carrying my child but do not even bother to help me carry our food. So I need to left my baby on the table to get our food. When I went back to our table my baby was crying again. I was so furious about what happened to our day. Service, I appreciate staff informed me that chicken available is all spicy and that fries will take 15mins to cook. I admired the staff when I told them please I need it for the kids who love and requested me to dine in McDonald's so just 3pcs will be normal the rest will be spicy. And its okay fries will took time, whatever will comes first. Guys we should consider and not judge them, McDonald's is busy fast food chain your not just alone ordering.
