Update as of 06/11/25
My wife order via grab. She ordered NORI fries and specifically requested for chicken thigh part. Guess what? Palpak nasad tanan order. Again and again.. ang naabot dili Nori fries, but rather a regular fries..and the chicken part? Of course, the smallest possible part they can offer.

If only mapulihan pa lang ni ug jollibee or KFC mas maayu. Or maybe- fire the branch manager to improve their system.
Drive thru crew member is always in a hurry. I ordered at around 2am. No one is queuing so there's nothing to rush. Always interrupting whenever I try to request something. Dili kahuwat mahuman ko storya.
Wrong size of coffee, cold fries, and poorly served burger.
I also told the crew that I ordered the large coffee, he insisted that i ordered medium "fries" when clearly I said coffee. He tried to refuse to change my drink size.

I brought my family back to the same McDonald's in Consolacion about a week later. This time the store did not have any bottled water to sell and no service water either. The only choices available were sugary drinks that are not allowed for diabetics.
I brought my family back to the same McDonald's in Consolacion about 5 days later. This time they did not have any ice cream. The fried chicken was over cooked and horrible tasting. I have bought better chicken on the street!
This McDonald's in Consolacion has major issues with management. I will never go back...
