This is my feedback on KFC Robinson Pala-Pala: There is only 1 cashier in the counter. The girl on the cashier is good she can do multitasking. Like getting the orders, coordinating deliveries on food panda/grab food and giving orders without confusion. Manager did not take any action on this. Due to multitasking, the quality of service is lessen and queue from the line is getting to longer since only 1 cashier is there. (See attached image) Like what happened 3 vs 1 in the counter.(See attached image) After getting an order she accomodate food panda/grab food then giving order for dine in customers.
Queue from the line is getting to longer since only 1 cashier is there. This happened around 7:30pm(For more details see attached image). From the manager side. I notice when I looked closely at the back on the kitchen. The manager is only giggling and doing nothing. As far as I know manager must do an action . Like adding manpower on the cashier or help the cashier to get orders, coordination with food panda/grab food or giving orders for dine-in customers.
Since more people from the line. Other customer refuses to fall in line and just go somewhere else to buy food. I always eating at Robinson KFC Pala-Pala but this is my 1st time to have waiting time of 25 mins due to incompetent of the manager. I follow up my order 2 times. I tried my best to not raise my voice since cashier did not deserve to be shouted because the manager is not there in the front. Put more staff between 11am-2pm as people are coming to have their breaks. It seems the team leader or manager is not willing to take action on the long cue. The staff should take proper training on this kind...

I hope they resolve this before more people get irritated by their service. Take people's orders, allow them to sit, if you don't have enough waiters then just call their number.
