McDonald's Dasmarinas Bayan — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

Worthless Mc Donald's branch ever! I've ordered 4 times this month. Everytime, they have a reason to either make a mistake on your order, or if not, make an excuse of a menu item being "always out of stock". I'm sure the store managers in this branch are so bad at their job, they don't know how to manage properly. Better stay away from this store, it'll only frustrate you. To the Mc Donald's Executive Management, if you're seeing this, I suggest you do a management revamp on this store. No wonder, Jollibee is doing better than you.

Update: Ordered thru the McDonald's App. This is the 4th time I ordered that they don't read the instructions. I always ask for a plain cheesy burger which for whatever reason they don't get right. It's always regular. There's always a bunch of incompetent employees...

Bad experienced this morning. They offer unlimited gravy but you have to go up and downstairs to get it. We’ve asked for a cup to put on gravy, they said they don’t have. Minutes after, we’ve asked again, not to mention where it’s for, they gave us one. In the middle of nowhere, the SG went up and confronted in a loud tone and anger. We then gave what we’ve been and he said ‘wala po kayong magagawa ganun po talaga’ which is really inconvenient especially to Senior Citizens that they have to go up and down just to get extra gravy. Loved by students from high school and college alike. I loved this branch when I was still in college, too. Plus the fact that this was the only McDo branch within or near Dasma Bayan around 20-30 yrs ago.

Not for people with cars. There's no drive-thru, no parking spaces. This is for walk-in customers only.

Beware of the toilet entrance flooring. There's some sort of aluminum/metal thing that causes people to stumble and fall....
