customer's ordering takeouts should double check their meals, one time my order included a hot chocolate fudge sundae then after I got on the jeep like just 2 mins after getting my takeout, my sundae wasnt even half but like a short amount only on the cup really dissapointed. And during my second time their I only ordered 1 meal but it took them 20 mins before serving it, even those persons who ordered after me got their meals first, then when I told one of the staff their to follow up my order, she deliberately ignored me so Ive had to go closer to her and tell her my concern then she go towards me saying "wala kaming sundae ma'am" like why did you let me order a sundae at the counter if you didnt have on stock, good thing the manager came up and told her "meron naman na" then" from my point of view" after listening to my concern I dont know if she did it on purpose na magdabog when she stumble down a metal cart or table infront of us customers. Never ordering...

Never in my life have I encountered a McDonald's store that ask for its customer to pay for parking fees except for this branch. When I arrived, Security guard gave me this piece of paper - didn't tell what it was , I thought it was just one of those timestamps that Shopping Malls give out to customers so i just put it in my pocket, went inside and ordered stuff. I got a call from my brother to go to the emergency room in La Salle for some personal business so I left my car at McDonald's, when i finally got back and ready to leave - security guard asked me for that piece of paper. I asked him what it was for and security personnel said it was the receipt for pay parking. I told them I bought food at the store so why would they still charge me for parking when usually McDonald's dont charge its customers for parking. They charged me P25 without any return receipt for my parking fee. If BIR finds out about this, you're in big trouble. Better fix this...

8:30 tonight we stopped by McDonalds antlers, all is good until it was our turn to give our ticket for our food. the lady at the cashier wearing oval shaped eyeglass and gray shirt with light green highlights told me they have no ice. already, i think she’s irritated by the way she looks, but i let it pass. i then ask, then what are our options? she said coke or sundae, i ask if its still the same price she then said yes. i said ok let me ask my friends if that’s fine for them. not even a minute pass and she’s already looking more agitated all because i wanted to ask my friends if coke is fine for them? like.. we are the one i convinced because they couldn’t provide our original order, but we felt like we were the one inconveniencing them. i only had 1 guy behind me. honestly we only gave it a try after months of not buying because of the boycott. but definitely not...
