Bonchon Chicken - Waltermart Dasma — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

I ordered 2pcs Fried chicken and specifically said at the cashier Original Classic fried chicken without any flavor. I didn't check the receipt that the flavor was soy chicken. So I asked they said that was the Original flavor?Before I was about to eat the employee approached me to change the chicken but said the waiting time was 15 minutes so I said okay sure willing to wait but 15 minutes had passed already the chicken wasn't still served so that pissed me off and 10 more minutes it arrived with a HALF cup of rice. I wasn't in the mood to reklamo that na so I just ate. The bibimbap that my friend ordered had the egg overcooked there was no liquid yolk to be seen aswell. Bon Chon Waltermart, Dasmarinas :-( Very poor, give it a miss. Don't get me wrong, we generally like the food at Bon Chon. However we went in and ordered 3 meals. One of which was out of stock (no signal on the menu saying so). Ordered a replacement meal with soft drinks. "Sorry, only pineapple juice, or iced tea." "Why is that?" "The machine is broken." (no sign on the machine either) "Really? Why is it switched on then?" Blank look from staff member, followed by a guppy impression (mouth opening and closing with no noise coming out). 2025 - one of the dirtiest Bonchon branches I’ve been to. Maybe due to limited staff. SM Dasma branch is better.
