Emerald Seafood Palace — Restaurant in Davao City

Went to their SM Eco branch. Very poor service.

One dimsum order took almost 20 mins to be served. We were a party of only two people but only one pair of chopsticks was given, no dumpling spoon given as well. Rice was served 10 mins after. Main dish took another 15 mins, and we had to follow for the other main dish only to be told na hindi pala available yung order. By then, we only had one main dish and cold na ang rice.

WILL NEVER GO BACK. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Food is great and is quite a value for money. Waitstaff are accommodating. Nice, sprawling place good for families and big groups. Waiting time not that long for well-prepared and cooked dishes. Yummy & flavorful food. Worth a try of you're craving for good Chinese cuisine. A nice treat is the complimentary small plate of sweet peanuts with sesame seeds for starter while waiting...

Private rooms have php6k minimum consumables per table so with 3 tables (10pax per table), the cost exceeds 20k but then only 2 waiters service the room so eating is somewhat halting and drinks dry up. Our entree arrived at the end...Food was delicious though... somewhat overpriced in my opinion but heck, nothing comes...
