GRAB A CRAB — Restaurant in Davao City

I wish there was a way to give no stars. This place is straight up trash. Do not eat here! My parents were supposed to come from the airport by 11pm so we decided to go here to eat around 7 so we have ample time. We were sitting till 9:30pm and our food still didn’t arrive! I decided to leave my friends to go to the airport so I told them to pack my food for take out but they ended up packing my friends meal! The staff are impatient and don’t even listen to what we say. Went there after mass and we were one of the early birds. Unfortunately, our order was served together with the newly arrived customers. It took them a lot of time to serve our first order. The second order came after the first food was fully consumed slowly. Soup came in after and took quite some time to get the baby back ribs that does not taste good. AC cannot even do its job. I asked their waiter to adjust the AC but instead it opened the door to let the air come in. Asking for a bill took another toll of our time. Overall, this is a bad...

Worst Grab a Crab branch ever. Been an avid customer of other grab a grab branches but this particular branch is bad. The customer service is good but the quality of food that their kitchen is serving is so bad that it would be a sin to recommend this place to anyone.
