Hands down the chicken soft tacos, freedom fries, and the bottled brewed iced tea are pretty routine for me. The need to switch up a bit would be going for the messy burritos, starving sailor and chipotle sandwiches, and of course the quesedillas. (Expect the burrito to be simpler, without the “works” found in other countries)…. The greasy all-day breakfast was a welcome addition to their menu. We were extremely frustrated with the quality of the food and how the restaurant handled our concern. The fried chicken we ordered was severely undercooked, with blood visibly dripping from the plate, making it completely unsafe to eat. This was not just unappetizing but also a serious health risk, as consuming raw chicken can lead to foodborne illnesses. When we brought it to the staff’s attention and asked for it to be reheated, we expected them to properly cook the chicken while maintaining its intended texture and flavor. I don’t really do reviews for restaurants / food chains but this was something that I really think the store should be aware of. I know customer service is not really part of the Filipino culture but the people there were just straight up rude. When we went to the counter to order, the lady made us wait about 20mins before taking out order and she was not kind at all. We ordered fried chicken, a burger, and curly fries. We waited for almost 45mins for the fried chicken and an hour for the burger, when the fries came it was cold, and when we asked about our order they did not say a word and just acted like we weren't there.
