We vowed NEVER AGAIN in this branch.

We ordered a sizzling sisig but it’s not even sizzling. Reason why it should be sizzling is for the egg but sadly their crew don’t know this. We asked them to make a new one but it seems like they don’t want to. We insisted and don’t know what they did but nothing changed. Gi microwave ra siguro.

Our crispy dinuguan is now bubblegum dinuguan. No crispy just some bubblegum-like cubes instead of crispy pork whatsoever.

Crispy pata is crispy which is good but overcooked.

Baked scallops was the only food somehow was good. We ordered a second batch right before the 1st one is done. NEVER GOT IT. Now seems like they remember, sabi 3 mins mahuman nadaw kaso humana sad mig kaon.

The male crew was very unpolite. Now we understand they were busy but we asked them questions cause we are confused if they got the order and we only got cold shoulders.

The value for money is missing. No sense of urgency and THE FOOD is karenderia grade! SM Lanang Hukad is waaaaaaaaaay more better...

Worst of all Hukad branches. It's a shame it's situated at one of the best malls in Davao yet the service sucks. I highly recommend you try others instead. Gerry's grill or Seafood Island is much better. The waiters has an absolute poor customer service capability. That includes the mananger. Clueless on how to provide a good service towards the customers. We asked for a service water twice nothing came. One of our order was not available anymore but they didn't informed us. We only knew it wasn't available when we asked where was it after the other orders were served. We asked for additional iced tea. No one served it even tho we made a follow up more than 3x to different waiters. Even the manager's tone sounded so arrogant when she came to our table to ask us if we still have additional orders. The whole experience was so bad I cringe at how bad they all are in terms of customrr service. Will...

I ordered takeout Tinola and Grilled Bangus. I asked how long it would take, and they said 30 minutes. Since I was strolling around the mall for more than 30 minutes, I expected my order to be ready when I returned. However, it was still not done, so I had to wait.

As one of the most famous restaurants in Davao, I believed their service would be excellent. Since I hadn’t been back to the 🇵🇭 in a while, I chose them over fast food and other good restaurants here in Davao.

When I finally got back home, we were starving because it was already past our usual dinnertime. To my surprise, they didn’t include rice. 😑 If rice weren’t so expensive, I wouldn’t have bothered going back. But I had no choice.
