J.CO Donuts & Coffee - Ayala Malls Abreeza — Restaurant in Davao City

I’m not happy going out of this store as my fav donuts was not able to take home. And I’m so devastated with One of server/staff named ovrei is showing poor quality service. Yes the store is busy but as we are dealing with customers you should be pleasant. Wen we ordered she directly says this is assorted and I wonder coz usually we choose wat we want to eat. So wen I responded Huh… I choose.. not Us!!! So she just directly ask Unsa imo! And wen the display counter is almost empty I saw some donuts behind and I even ask her if we can choose the one behind. And yet she answered no, and pointed several times but she’s too hard to give in. And after our box was done and just pick somehow to fill in. She now put those new set of donuts and while our box filled in other staff was taking donuts behind to serve the customer. Maybe management also must take to consideration to educate their staff with a bit of customer...

This is my 5th time being ignored in jco their customer service SUCKS!! i am not the type of consumer that will give a bad review but this time ubos po ang pasensya ko 8:30pm Feb 25 me my sister and my mom we want to buy some donuts we wanted to ask kung may available pa ba we went to the counter they noticed us yet instead of accomodating us THEY IGNORED AND CONTINUE THEIR CHIKA AT THE KITCHEN, this is so disappointing, i hope the owner or the manager manages its staffs on customer service, Gusto lang namin bumili nang Donuts in peace but instead nabwisit pa kami PLEASE JCO ABREEZA HEAR THIS KASI HINDI LANG AKO ANG MAY...

I always like the taste of JCO, but one of the staff I guess was kinda disappointed that I just ordered 1 matcha donut that morning. Well that was a cheat day for me that's why I chose to eat one and I'm keeping tab on the flab these days. But the JCO staff treated rather harshly and raised his voice. Hey you don't get to order for a customer. You just accept whatever he/she likes to eat. JCO manager, please remind your staff about real customer service. See you next time and I'll check if that male girlish store crew is more than happy...
