All the staffs look really busy and there's this one staff who looked like she was just looking for something to do. So I stood at the cashier, I already have the orders in my mind. She saw me but didn't bother to come over. I was standing like, 5 minutes more or less before she attended and said, "dine in or take out". I replied, "dine in" while looking at the menu above her head. But to my surprise, she turned her back and did some not needed things like, wipping the ice cream maker and all. I kept standing and I had no idea if she did or did not heared what I responded since it was a little noisy and I was wearing my mask on. She seemed to be like ignoring me. My Bf came to my side and asked what's taking so long. I told him that the girl was ignoring me and that we should head to a different place to eat because I feel exhausted since we just had a super mild disagreement, but then he was persistent and insisted to stay and wait. Now, after around 10minutes of waiting there she faced me again and asked, "do you have your order now ma'am" with her eyes looking so upset. I just ignored that attitude of her and placed my orders. When the order came, we didn't get any extra rice eventhough I clearly said earlier that we'll have extra 2 rice. And so I took a look at the receipt and there was clearly no extra rice included. Because I feel very upset of that girl's attitude, I asked my Bf to go to the cashier and order extra rice. My point is, if your staffs doesn't hear anything from the customer, they clearly must ask again. Showing a bad attitude and forgetting to put everything that the customer ordered is not a good customer service. I clearly did not show how angry or upset I was with her attitude but she did. Read moreI order most of the time in this branch because there’s only less people, and it’s also the nearest Mcdo branch from our house, the food is okay: however i’m somehow disappointed because the staff gets my order incorrect multiple times and it’s sad cause i can’t do anything about it anymore kase take out yung orders and we’re no longer there to return or have it exchanged. One time nag order ako ng take out but i stayed sa store kasi i have to eat some of the food. I checked that the drink was not the one i ordered but hindi ko nalang binalik kade medyo na melt na yung ice cream so i just let it happen tried to enjoy it nalang. It’s quite confusing kasi morning pa naman and wala pa masyadong customers but they still get the order wrong. I love surprises, but not this type of surprise. Read moreHorrible experience waiting in the counter and the salesman/clerk/cashier won't even entertain you and it even ignore you after calling them to serve. I waited for more than 30mins in FRONT of them. There weren't much people in line and I'm being ignored until more people are coming. Very slow service. The staffs are lucky that I'm a patient man. If it was somebody else, they would have already reported the staffs for being stupid for not entertaining people's orders in front of them.
