Read moreThe place is a typical hop inn hotel. I would say that the reception and lobby is far less appealing or lacks something, although it is huge compared to Ortigas and Tomas Morato branches I used to stay.
The rooms are the same except that they are quite smaller and the internal arrangement is different. But I have to commend the full body mirror. The bed and pillows are good. Shower gel, towels, and tissues are provided. There are no slippers and dental kits as most hop inn hotels here in the Philippines. Water refilling is on every floor, and this branch has more than one refilling station on each floor, which is great.
The staff were great, only that upon my check-in, it was slow although non peak hours, due to some demanding clients. I guess the other staff, if anyone present, help in to lessen the waiting time of other clients in these scenarios. I also encountered some problems in the rate online, and upon check-in, it was a good thing the staff tried her best to check on the computer so everything was resolved right then.
