As repeated customer of Jollibee — particularly the branch in front of the spmc — I feel frustrated and honestly disappointed by the consistently poor service. What makes it worse is that I’m not the only one. I’ve seen other negative reviews about this branch, pointing out the same issues, and yet nothing has changed. It’s as if no one from the management is listening.
First bad experience: I ordered a Double Burger Steak, but was only given one patty. It was clearly a mistake, and on top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes for it — just to receive something incomplete.
Second experience (and still disappointing): I ordered the Super Meal (Burger Steak, Chicken, Spaghetti) specifically because it comes with rice — and I was really hungry. But no rice was included. What’s the point of calling it a meal if one of the basics is missing?
What’s worse is that the Burger Steak and Chicken took over 20 minutes, and others who ordered after me already had their meals. I had to follow up multiple times, but still ended up eating a cold and incomplete meal.
This is not an isolated case. Read the reviews — you’ll see many customers complaining about: • Long waiting times • Incomplete or incorrect orders • Poor staff coordination
And the sad part? These same issues have been happening for months, and still no improvement. If anything, it’s getting worse.
For a branch that’s in a prime location, serving tired, hungry workers and hospital visitors, it’s unacceptable that basic service expectations aren’t met. This isn’t just about food, it’s about respecting your customers’ time and money.

The customer service is consistently disappointing. This most recent visit was especially frustrating. I waited for almost 45 minutes for my order, and despite following up several times, no one informed me that the chicken was still being cooked. There was no proper communication from the staff, and worse, no one even apologized for the delay or the inconvenience.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Unfortunately, there’s been no improvement whatsoever.
I understand they’re working a graveyard shift, but considering the branch is located near BPO offices, they should be better prepared for the expected surge of customers. Timely service and clear communication are essential, regardless of the time of day.

The cx before me yelled at her because she did not inform the man that there's an additional charge for pineapple. Now when it was my turn, I ordered meal A and B both sprite. I gave her P500 for it cost a total amount of P282 and the change she gave me was just P18 then she immediately prepare my orders. Then when she was done I asked her, "Magkano ba lahat?" She was not able to hear me at first so I raised my voice a little bit enough for her to hear me then she said P282 and I handed her the change she gave me which was just P18 and called her manager to void. I immediately went upstairs to eat and then I noticed that she gave me coke. You see? She's not an efficient crew. Others might have scold her for what she did.
