Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Davao City

Horrible!!! We ordered cheese pizza, Parmesan chicken, and pasta. 30 minutes later, still waiting, it’s fine. About 50 minutes later we are served bland cheese pizza that tasted like it was made yesterday, reheated today and then left for an hour to warm up, it’s getting a little annoying but considering it’s December and everyone’s out for the holidays, it must’ve been busy! BUT what irks me the most is how the people from the table in front of us (who by the way arrived an hour after we did) got their chicken and pasta FIRST?! They had two parmesan chickens and two (?) pastas, our order consisted of only 2 dishes and 1 pizza that wasn’t even fresh! I don’t know if there was some sort of bias going on or if the staff was simply too unbothered to attend to customers who were their before the people they served first. Im not even going to try and consider if it was probably exhaustion from working because if you can serve other customers before us with better food and customer service then you would’ve done the same with...

Negligence. Probably an isolated case but our orders weren’t prepared coz the order slip went missing. Waited for 25mins before following up because thats the usual wait time only to find out that there was nothing being prepared. So most probably once you’ve paid for your order, you need to follow up every now and then to make you sure your order is...

First time trying yellow cab. We ordered the meal set good for 3, (around 799/899) I forgot. The pasta is new in my taste bud. Taste like burnt food but it was tasty and sweet though, with peanuts.
