Intensitea Wings Antipolo — Restaurant in Dela Paz

I am sharing my thoughts about my experiences at Intensitea Wings. Overall, I have had a great time dining at your restaurant. Your chicken is so delicious, and I always look forward to returning for more. The staff members are always kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

I did want to mention some things that could be improved. When I choose my flavors at the counter, sometimes the chicken served does not match my choices. It is a bummer because I was excited to try those flavors! Also, when the restaurant is busy, getting a chicken refill can take a while. Waiting for 30-40 minutes can feel like a long time, so it would be great if that process could be sped up.

Lastly, I wanted to mention the 299 Unli Wings offer. While it has been advertised as having unlimited wings for 299 pesos, I have noticed that I often end up getting mostly thigh and breast parts instead of wings. Because of this, I prefer the 199 Unli Chicken offer, which gives me a more consistent experience. Could you clarify the offerings and make sure that the 299 Unli Wings is what it says it is?

The place is nice and food is good but the problem is when we arrive there, the crew is looking at us like they are judging us. It's our first time there and to try something new food, at first we didn't mind it because we thought it's nothing and it's not big deal. But when we are start eating and tried to request, they give us a look like we are bothering them and when they serve the food , they are not smiling so attitude look. My friend said that the crew are chitchatting and talking about us and always looking at our table. I thought my friend didn't notice it. We felt uncomfortable there, the crew are not that kind and bad looks are shown to us. The food is good but the problem is the crew. Please be kind to your customers. If you don't want to serve, let someone else serve instead. Intensitea wings but...

Very disappointed to the staffs except the cashier. The plates given to us are very hard to eat with, not intentionally use to eat with the wings it has bump like it was only supposed to be used for pastas which was not included to our order. The staffs are hard to call to and looks like avoiding to talk or serve you, pitchers and cups does not look clean, the food is not that good heck even the refilled fries has sour taste like it was already spoiled. Overall i think the place would be bearable if the staffs are good and easy to call to, but the food mainly the wings is average, there's alot of other place to go to with better staffs and food.
