Anju Rinna Pastry & Resto Cafe Siargao — Restaurant in General Luna

The Anju Rinna pizza was good! We had garden salad, a pizza, a Spanish latte, and later ordered the Japanese-style beef stew.

It’s our second time here as I like their coffee. But it will be our last and we will definitely not recommend this place because of their ill-mannered customer service. I was extremely disrespected. Customer service mostly counts regardless of how good the food is.

Wait staff asked us: “Excuse ma’am, would it be okay to dish out? And would you be okay to leave now so other customers can sit?”

I was utterly humiliated. Do better, Anju Rinna, please.

And yeah….We still ordered the beef stew after being humiliated. And stick with our plan to stay for Rocksteddy Band.

Recommendation: Train your wait staff in better customer service Instead of asking us to leave while we were still seated, ask if we would like to take another order as we all know sales are important. Practice better and respectful communication. Sarcasm is not applicable in customer service, apologise and do better.

What a horrible treatment. Never again....

If you are first time in the island must try to visit this restaurant located at boulevard of general luna. Food very yummy specially the Beef Stew, staff very accomodating and also nice view facing at the beatiful beach of the island.
