Roland's can take pride in being Gensan's first ever and oldest steakhouse but I honestly think they need to improve on the quality of their steaks. No question about the buttery taste of the meat but I had difficulty chewing. I ordered medium-well but it was like chewing gum no end. The meat was obviously pounded but I still couldn't swallow most of the meat of the large t-bone I ordered. So much fat and so "veiny". Their fried chicken though, is so good. Crispy fried but it maintained the tenderness of the meat. Tastes great, too. Service is fast. I'd probably come back for the chicken but I'llneed to think a lot of times...
