Hap Chan - General Trias Cavite — Restaurant in General Trias

YangChow fried rice was terrible, what do you call "malata" in English??? not the proper expensive fried rice to be expected it's not even aromatic rice. The place was so uncomfortable, are you guys saving electricity so the air-conditioning is lacking? Servers and waiters look like they're waiting to close the store and seems to not be excited with guests coming in. Importantly, do I need to ask for house tea to be served? So No we weren't served the hospitable house tea. This hap chan branch tarnishes all the good experience I had with the other Hap Chan branches....

Food is good as well as their staffs. Food serving is good for 3-4 pax per order. Therebis also rice bowl meal available. If you want chinese foods at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. staff is courteous and food is good plus very affordable. place is a bit small so it tends to be crowded on peak hours, weekends, and paydays. one tip though - come about an hour before closing and then force them to serve something that needs thawing. we ordered buchi amd it came out scalding hot outside but still frozen inside. also, some are not...
