KFC — Restaurant in General Trias

It's my first time to eat at KFC and I'm really looking forward to it because of the hype it have, I ordered chicken combo and chicken ala carte, crispy fries, mini brownies and mashed potato. There's really no problem at first but when we try to find a table to eat, there's nothing. Means it's fully occupied, I wish you expand your tables KFC, and then when someone is already done eating we already find a seat front of the counter but the smell of the table is AWFUL AS IN AWFUL were not even sitting yet we smell it already, imagine a stray dog that didn't shower for a long time like a year and when you smell it's fur it's so much stink. We can't sit down there so we decided to take out our orders and find other table outside at that restaurant, side note my order is taking loooonnnnggggg to process I was standing there for like 30 minutes, fast forward we eat and the taste of the chicken? Too SALTY the chicken look like he came from the other side of the earth because of the coating (parang kinurot na Yung chicken dahil gutay gutay na) and the fries is to thick I think I ate a whole boiled potato because it's to soggy, but I like the mashed potato. It's just disappoint me to think that it was good, I don't know if that really the signature of the chicken but I don't like how it is, maybe it's not for me but I wish they're service is more faster even paying for the order is so long to take dalawa lang nmn kami nakapila Hindi namin kami nag didictate ng order sa harap nya para tumagal yun. Horrid experience to have in an exhausting day. I ordered a zinger with rice, the cashier is very impatient and didn't even consider my existence. They didn't asked if I preferred spicy or not and served me with a spicy zinger. I did not get to release my stress, i got even more stressed. I hate spicy food. I didn't know that they even have spicy zinger. Because, I regularly have the regular one. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated. I tried to even wash the spiceness away with gravy but it didn't work. If I have known about this, I wouldn't proceed with it. Also, they did not have my favorite corn soup and served the zinger with a fries as well. They didn't even told me that they do not have the aforementioned delicacy. I'm very sad and...

There are 3 POS but they are only utilizing 1 line. They have order kiosk but you can only pay at the counter.

Today’s Saturday, which also means a lot of people, they decided to have roughly 10 employees (1 cashier, 1 prep food, 1 cleaning tables, 1 maintenance, 2 manager, 4 at kitchen & sink).

Queue is long, service is slow, system is inefficient (not sure if they are just controlling the flow of incoming ₱₱₱) Employees are nice but the time it took us from entering the establishment til we got our food is longer than your usual restaurant.
