This is the first time I have encountered a crew shout at my face and humiliate me in front of other customers for not using the kiosk. Jenn the person at the cashier, was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She shouted and asked 'Hindi ka ba marunong gumamit ng kiosk?!' She also shouted at the customers behind me to use the kiosk to order. To add insult to injury, she placed the wrong order and it had to be corrected. Instead of apologizing, she tried to defend her actions and asked to let her speak. Its a shame that a global brand like KFC have people like this. The branch was extremelt hot as well and when we spoke to the manager on duty, he apoligized but then defended her staff saying they are working on a skeletal schedule. Read moreThis KFC place has a high roof which makes it in my opinion authentic and feel like a different KFC chain. I am a usual KFC enjoyer and I love the vibes for this place. But, over the years I wish they bring back the self served water, gravy, and spoon and fork. Because they are quite busy with handling the order of the customers and the preparing of the food, hence they can't accommodate fast enough what you need like the water and gravy and then as you wait for them the food gets cold. Which serves as a bad thing as a fast food chain since its about being fast with food. Furthermore, even though it is a cozy place for a KFC place, I don't feel safe since there are no security guard around and also some sketchy people are coming in even though they are not going to buy anything. Read moreWe had a terrible experience at KFC. My husband was 3rd in line and we weren’t aware that they now have a self-service kiosk for orders—last time we visited, it wasn’t there yet. When it was my husband’s turn, a crew member named Jennifer was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at him and said, “Hindi po ba kayo marunong gumamit?” in a very condescending tone. Not only was the approach completely uncalled for, but the order she took was also wrong. The place was hot and uncomfortable, adding to the bad experience. When we politely confronted her about her behavior, instead of apologizing, she arrogantly responded with, "Okay, ako nman po magsalita”.
