McDonald's — Restaurant in General Trias

About this experience i can't say that these was the worst-case, but i consider that numerous errors, I'd experienced. The place has a huge parking lot and bike friendly since i ordering take out i parked to designated parking for my motorcycle. I enter to the main entrance and the guard greeted me since there are so many crowd i queued to there self ordering kiosk, i noticed that long queue to the counter for paying cash i decided to pay using my debit card. I wasn't hustle to pay in card but credit card machine not issuing a receipt and the kiosk was also showing an error so i can't consider this happened so i decided to call the manager in charge to give a solution on my problem she approach me and i told her my problem. She gives an action to reprint my receipt then also the guard approach me as well thanks to kuya guard but infront of me there arguing on how to reprint my receipt so it happened that i got my receipt repeated, but i dont have that receipt from the kiosk. So i need to guess my order and watch out for the product came out to the counter. However the manager who assist me never came back to ask that if i have that receipt from kiosk. So if you're not that vigilant to ask for a help to a manager or a crew you will never get a satisfaction for their service. Btw i get my order after 30 to 45 mins haha..such a bad experience so don't...

So disappointed with their customer service! I went here to have my breakfast. We had a little argument with this manager regarding wearing facemasks as the government already issued that wearing facemasks is voluntary to public, indoor or outdoor. To proceed, I still wear it with respect to the restaurant and ordered my food (one sausage mcmuffin with egg). The female manager(didn't get her name) took our little argument personal and somehow simply ordered her colleagues in the back to delay my order. I waited for about 15-20 minutes just to told that there are no more sausage available! I just kindly asked to cancel my order and went to the nearest mcdo as I was so hungry. 🤧(Failed to eat my dinner bcoz of work). Hope my feedback will be useful for the improvement of...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered mcspag and crispy sandwich at 2:30AM via app and says delivery time is 2:45am since store was 3Km away from us. 30 mins stuck on ORDER PROCESSING, followed up via chat (no choice no other way) says waiting for grab. 3:00am OUT FOR DELIVERY. 3:20 I reached out to chat support 4 times but kept on disconnecting the chat! order arrived 4am!!!! EMPLOYEE FROM BRANCH CALLED AND SAID SHE FREAKING GAVE THE RIDER A DIFFERENT ADDRESS WHICH IS 15KM AWAY FROM OUR PLACE! RIDER HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE THEN DELIVER FOOD TO US. BUT THEN AGAIN STORE PROVIDED INCOMPLETE ADDRESS AGAIN!!!

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH...
