Appetina - Modern Filipino Cuisine — Restaurant in Iligan

Undoubtedly, one of the best eat-all-you-can buffet in Iligan City. Being a Muslim, it is very hard to find a HALAL eat-all-you-can restaurant here in Philippines. We've already tried various buffet places like Kamayan/Saisaki/Dads, Cabalen, Vikings, etc. & though they do have more options and variety to offer but unfortunately we can't eat all of them. Unlike here in Appetina, we need not ask if their is pork or lard in the food & we don't have to worry about what we eat.

Excellent food choices ! The buffet choice were delicious and varied. I did find that some of the dishes ran out quickly , and I was not very impressed with the dessert selection which was just tapioca it was very tasty. My suggestion is to add more desserts and maybe have a more spacious organization of the table . I found it quite hard to navigate around the buffet table is ever more than two people tried to pass eachother . Cost much. Food is dry. The managment system is so unprofessional. I am a Maranao yet there is a hint of discrimination over the management. When we asked the crew for a plastic cellophane to use it in case my niece would vomit, the manager aggressively confronted us asking to show her the plastic whether we've stored some food in it.

So dissapointed with the management. Ultimately, the manager is full of discrimination towards Maranao people and poor approach to customers.

Highly not recommended.
