Rude crew! They badly need training!

January 1, 2024. We (3 pax) ordered 2 dishes and only one dish arrived first. We thought it may be because they are full so the food is taking so long. We slowly ate the grilled tuna belly as we were hungry while waiting for the "ginataang gulay with shrimps". Halfway through eating, we followed up on our order and Ate Girl (don't remember her name na) exclaimed "Mao raman na inyoa giorder Ma'am! Mao gani akoa girepeat ang order ninyo ganina para macheck ninyo kung sakto ba!"

We were left speechless by her response. She should have apologized if they have forgotten to cook what we have ordered. We would understand if she had approached us honestly and kindly. As in? Isa ra ka grilled tuna belly order for a group of 3 adults? Sure jud? Di kaha sya murecommend other dishes nila?

We didn't wanna ruin the first day of the year by her disrespect because it wasn't worth it so we left the restaurant with our stomach half empty.

I hope restaurants would invest in proper training sa ilaang staff kay customer service matters just as much as the food for a good dining experience....

Piqued by the number of reviews, which were generally favourable, we dropped by for a late lunch while visiting the city. Staff was attentive and proactive, giving us recommendations. Wait time was rather longish (35 minutes) given that there were no other customers except the two of us.

Ordered seafood kare kare. Sauce was rich and satisfying. Came with the usual vegs and pieces of fish and two whole crabs, which could have been better served cut into smaller parts prior to serving. Otherwise, presentation was commendable.

Had grilled rabbitfish (kitong) too. That was a disappointment - dry and tough. Looked like it had been sitting in the freezer for awhile.

The ambiance was truly nice with mellow music which is so relaxing and a perfect place to go to with family wherein every member will surely enjoy, even kids because they’ve got kiddie playgrounds. Worry-free wherein you’ll surely enjoy your meal without even worrying of your parking space because they’ve got it for you,too!

Now let’s talk about FOOD, absolutely DELICIOUS! A-must try is the chicken teriyaki with lots of sauce & kare-kare with crabs 😍 not just 1 but 2 🥰 and the bagoong is 🤩 not your ordinary one.

Best match to dine in with is their music which jives in with the food. Kuddos...
