Im an OFW almost 2yrs wa kauli. big dipper had a sentimental value nako kay kada manimba or gikan laag mi sa akong family dretso jud mi ani nga resto kay lagi malamion jud ilang foods esp ilahang lomi. since wala na akoang parents i stop visiting the resto. but last dec. 31, 2024 ni visit mi sko husband kay gusto mokaon and gutom nasad. ni dretso mi before mi nangumpra for new yr. while nag take og order mi first time experienc ana kami lang diay magsulat sa amo e order and then after gihatag namo sa counter. we waited and waited almost 30mins na ana mi ka pasensyuso gahulat. og sadihang na notice na nako ang kato mga bago abot kay tingala ko naka kaon naman cla na mas dghan pa cla order while kami lumpia and dinuguan lang pero wa pay niabot. so gisugo nako akong husband to ask kung luto na ba. sad to know nga WALA JUD DIAY NILA GILIHOK AMONG ORDER KAY DILI LANG 1 KUNDI 2 NA KA SERVICE CREW NLA GA TAKE S AMO PAPEL NA AMO GEORDER NA WHICH IS WALA MASKIN ISAY NAG ATIMAN ATO NGA 2 RAMAN UNTA KA PUTAHI. SI ATE GIRL HALATA KAAYO NAMAKAK NGA SYA MAN UNTA UNA GAKUHA S AMONG PAPEL NANGITA PA CYAG PASANGENLAN NIYA SA IYAHANG IRESPONSABLE nga staff. sorry pero the staff did not help each other nor did they have any initiatives sa mga costumers especially sa mga ga waiting og dugay. didnt bother to ask kung naka order na ba or wala. WHAT A LOUSY SERVICE especially nimo ate girl! madamay jud ang mga uban staff na tarong mo serbisyo pati ang resto nnyo na decades nang gitangkilik sa mga taga iliganon pero madamay lang sa usa ka staff nga walay klaro. be thankful lang nimo kay dli ko iskandaloso nga pagkatawo kay ga hunahuna sab ko sa other staff na kauban nimo nga mga tarong manarbaho ate girl. unsaon nalang makatyming mog costumer nga balahura og baba...
