The service is so disappointing. We had to wait for them (cashiers and other staff) to end their conversation before they attend to our orders, my sister and I were actually the ones left on the counter, no other customers and they had us wait for long. What made us even more sad was when we got our orders (2 meatless Lomi) and we received 2 plain Lomis. By that I mean "no vegetables," just plain...

The night before I went here to take a breakfast, there was a thunderstorm. I was expecting to get a cup of coffee with rice meal. However, coffee wasn't available because, according to the cashier, they weren't able to secure drinking water for use with coffee. What a lame excuse, I guess.

The atmosphere is quite cool but the service crews are not that responsive. When we asked for water, the crews seemingly forget because we need to repeat our request severally. Maybe they are so busy. What I like is the Chao fan with any toppings plus the fried chicken but not so on halo halo...
