Pop Rock Bakeshop & Cafe — Restaurant in Iligan

I was outside the cafe last Saturday, December 18, 2021 at around 6pm, checking if the store was still open. Only to see something that made me vow to never comeback in this cafe. I saw how the crew was kicking around a mouse until it was dead. The worst part was that they played with it's dead body like a soccer ball, grown men in red and white shirts, laughing around while kicking a dead mouse within the cafe premises in front of the cashier. The walls was also see through and everyone outside the place saw what happened and was voicing their disdain. It was just disgusting and inhumane. I do not know how well the management handled the incident, if they acted on it, but as a long time customer, it was very disappointing. I would no longer be recommending pop rock to other people after...

Pop Rock is one of my favorite food establishments here in Iligan city.

Food: Yummy. Serving size is good and filling. You can have a variety of options from meals to snacks to dessert. My personal favorite is the piadina and pasta.

Place: Clean and well-maintained

Staff: Straightforward service. Relatively fast.

WALAY TRAINING OG COSTUMER SERVICE ANG CASHIER sa bakery real talk lng! Dili ni english bisaya ni aron masabtan unta mabasahan nis cashier. Sorry maam i know dako nakag edad pero dili na rason para mamili ka kung kinsa imung ayohon og ngisi ngisihan na costumer! Maayo lng k mo entertain og mga datu with car pero nakita nko g.unsa nimu pag entertain ang ultimo nga tawo mura kag naka minus! Naluoy ko sa babaye kai wala nimu tubaga iyang pangutana g.taasan ra nimug liog nimu nga mura kg manager mka asta dayon imu pagyud entertain ang iyang naa sa likod klaro ng ga una xa sa linya!!! Wla man ka nangutana kung humana na ba xa kai klaro nman nga ga tindog xa sa imung atubangan. Sabton lng unta nimu nga naa xai bata! Dili nia deserve ing anaon. Pasalamat ka wla tika videohi kai mga viral gyud ka!! Hoping na maabot nis management og tagaan nila og aksyon kay tinod.anay lng lami inyong food pero walai lami e palit or dine in kai tungod ana.
