This morning, My son, brother and I had breakfast at Mcdonald. We enjoyed the meal and bonded. When it was time for us to go home, I went over to the counter to ask for a paper bag for our take outs. Then suddenly my son (4yrs old) threw up on the floor, unintentionally. I hurried, and kept apologizing to the crews, then rushed my son to the sink to wash him up, it was just a small amount of vomit. A service lady crew handed me a bundle of tissues. I thanked her for giving me a huge amount of paper towels. When we got back to our table, the S.Crew lady came to me and asked me to wipe the floor with the tissues she has given me. I was surprised because there shouldbe a map, but asking a customer to clean up the floor with a tissue? I asked earlier for a map so I could wipe the vomit but I saw one of the crew went to grab a map earlier and volunteered but she stopped him and said something, i thought she was referring to another map to use, so I left them because I was occupied by my son. But the whole time she was expecting and insisting me to clean it up. And kept stopping the other crew to clean it. I was so pissed but had to ignore her rude treatment to us as a customer to avoid any scene since I'm with my brother. But I really got pissed and it ruined the whole experience and the meal we had at McDonald's. Not just me, but also to my brother. My brother told me while I was at the CR, he heard that lady crew saying "hayaan mo sila mag linis, wag niyo linisin/ayaw limpiyo" on purpose. They're really racist when it comes to Muslim customers. Drive thru: I just ordered 1 pc Chicken + Medium Pineapple, 1 pc Chicken + Large Pineapple. Chicken were supposedly regular not spicy. I informed the crew that it should not be spicy.
Then we went our way. Find a spot to eat then my son said, “why its spicy?”
Me: atong iuli?
Son: no I can try this 😁
Me: we can try to return it if you want?
Son: I’ll try it.
Then after trying, he looked at me and was silent. 🥶
He finished the food with the chicken intact!
