Chowking — Restaurant in Iloilo City

The service is SO BAD. We went here to get a quick lunch. Since it's a "fast food" restaurant, we expected to get our food as quickly as possible. But no, it took them almost 30 minutes for an order of two chaofan with one wonton add-on. 20 minutes for that order? The worst part is that everyone around us almost had the same order as ours, but they got their food first even though we ordered first. How cool was that? I'm not against waiting for 20 minutes for our food to arrive. It is a fact that they didn't even tell us that we would wait that long. If they told us, "Oh, something went wrong and you will need to wait for 20 minutes," then even though I would be slightly angry about that, I could still...

I ordered my food via foodpanda via gcash at 11:38 it was said it would arrive at least 5-15 mins. Its now 12:16 its been almost 40 mins and I still have no news on my food. It’s understandable if I only ordered family meals but I only ordered for a pork chao fan and a chicken. Just how long does that get. I should’ve just gone and cook my own food. Its faster that way. Cashier was RUDE. I was just telling her she punched the wrong order but it was ok, and that I was going to accept the order. Without letting me finish my sentence, she blatantly told me "IBALIK MO EH!". I changed my mind and exchanged my wrong order.

I wasn't provoking her. The management could just review the CCTV (it was on May 3, 2022, 5:25ish). I have my companion as witness, too.

I have NEVER experienced this kind of service before and I swear I am the most patient customer ever, but this one is on top of my worst service...
