Madison Hotel — Hotel in Iloilo City

I stayed in Madison Hotel for 2 nights and for 2 rooms for my family. Its accessible to SM Delgado, Quix Mart convenience store, Mercury Drug and a number of restaurants to choose from. On our way there, we just took a van from the airport and its about 20 mins i think to reach Hotel Madison Delgado. By the way, Hotel Madison has two locations so just specify with the driver where you will be headed to. Upon arrival, we planned to just leave our baggage for storage and proceed with our tour since its too early for check in. But after a quick process check in about 10 minutes, the receptionist told us that we can already proceed with our rooms with no early check in fee. I was delighted and of course thankful that we can at least rest for a while from the airport. I can say no more with the rooms, it exceeded my expectations, the ambiance is very nice and relaxing with bottled water for free and toiletries of course. What I love were their beds. All of us had a very relaxing sleep throughout our stay even if its for a few hours only since we have to finished a lot of tours. The hotel staff also helped us to look for a taxi that will take us to the airport just a few hours before our flight at 4 am. They were always helpful and very polite. Worst experience during our stay in Iloilo this February! Worst services ever!!! So Unpleasant experience with their staffs (receptionists) when we arrived especially that guy looking gay and the other one with him were so discourteous... I just haven't got their names because they're not wearing their name plates. They cannot give information that we need as well we cannot ask them our concerned questions because they are so ungracious! They had discriminations when you booked with their discounted offers through online unlike a walkin guest! Never to book again to this hotel! So very disappointed with their services and staffs! No toiletries, water, slippers and even the bathroom was unclean when we checked in. No bidets. Towels were defiled.

Only one good thing is...

Madison Hotel is my preferred hotel in Iloilo City. It is strategically located, has clean and comfortable rooms. Their bath and CR are clean and has hot and cold shower. Complimentary toiletries are available. Rooms has wifi connection, service water (upon request) and water heater. The hotel has a cafe so there is no need to go out if you are hungry and you do not want to leave your room. You can ask the cafw staff to deliver the food to your room but for a minimal service charge. The room is well-lit. The pillows and bed are comfy but too soft, just firm enough to give you a pleasant time in the bed. The staff are very respectful and easily attends to the needs...
