My generally decent experience, especially considering the affordable price. I completely understand that with a lower budget comes simpler amenities, and I appreciate that this kind of room is made available for people who are trying to manage costs and for someone who had no place to stay for the night because all the rooms were fully booked. However, I would like to share a few thoughts in the hope that you might help improve the guest experience.
Firstly, the fan room was quite hot, especially during the day and even in night. I know it’s a fan room and I expected basic comfort, but I hope you might consider offering extra electric fans for a small additional fee. It would be a great help to those staying longer or during hot weather.
Secondly, regarding the bathrooms. I noticed that the shared bathrooms are located outside the rooms, which is shared accommodations. But I believe it would be more comfortable and appropriate if the bathrooms could be separated for male and female guests, especially since there seem to be multiple bathrooms available.
Lastly, I understand that the staff may be overwhelmed or busy, especially during peak times. Still, I believe it makes a big difference when staff remain welcoming and attentive. Even small gestures or simply fulfilling what was promised (like checking room concerns) would make guests feel more valued, cared for, and welcome.
I share this feedback not as a complaint, but as a hopeful suggestion. I appreciate your effort in providing affordable lodging and wish you continued...

Cheap hotel to stay in for a few days, especially for a room with air conditioning. Convenient dahil malapit sa Robinsons, SM supermarkets, and other establishments. May mga murang kainan nearby and a 7-eleven convenience store. It's also a jeepney ride away from SM Iloilo/Gaisano and Tagbak terminal. I booked a room with electric fan before, and the comfort rooms, faucets and showers are communal, but the staff always make sure they're clean. I booked the room with air conditioning and it has its own comfort room and it was ok. Staff is accommodating and helpful, if may dala akong mabigat na gamit, right away they will help you settle down sa room mo. Free WiFi is a plus and may dispenser din sila for water. You can book beforehand to reserve a room. Convenient din coz you can book on via their Facebook account, just don't forget to bring an ID when checking in.
Regarding housekeeping, the staff will knock then try to open the door to clean the rooms. But do let them know you don't allow them to clean without you present in your room. I experienced this in the electric fan room where I booked for a...
Read moreThis is a low budget place that costs between 6-7 $ per night for a fan room and 20$ for air-conditioned rooms. Some rooms are better than others so have a look at the room before deciding. There is a section where they have newly renovated rooms. Most budget rooms are small with small beds that are pretty old and worn down but if you ask them politely, they can show you better room options. It is not for those looking for luxury or are OC. You can always ask the receptionist for new pillows and sheets if you happen to end up in a room that has old pillows. I'd love to DIY a room here one day and perhaps ask them to do a DIY contest to guests in giving certain rooms an upgrade or creative make-over unless they are already planning to do so. It has potential for improvement. The staff people I've met are generally nice, accommodating and hard-working. The walkie-talkies don't bother me too much but transients can be noisy. It is near Starbucks at Robinsons Mall where I like having breakfast, to shop and watch busking musicians. They do not have security boxes and some areas do not have CCTVS. If you want extra security, do not leave your valuables inside. Ask for rooms with CCTV...
