Gerry's Ayala Vermosa (Gerry's Grill) — Restaurant in Imus

Service was good. All the servers were nice and attentive. There's room for improvement pa sa food, we ordered inihaw na pusit but when it was served it was already cold. Atmosphere was okay. We were put in a table that was in the middle of the room, so all of the customers would walk by us first. I think they should look for a better way to arrange their tables.

For the staffs, please be more attentive with what you serve. When we were seated, a waiter almost gave us food when we haven't even ordered yet. And for the second time, instead of having crispy pork kare-kare we were served with beef kare-kare.

I recently dined at your Ayala Malls Vermosa branch and wanted to take a moment to commend your team for their excellent service. From the moment we arrived, your staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient, which made our dining experience enjoyable and comfortable.

However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the kare-kare dish we ordered. While the flavor was good, we were disappointed to find that some of the meat still had visible hairs on it and also on the kare-kare sauce. This was off-putting and affected our overall impression of the dish. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better food...

The food we ordered were crispy pata, crab rice, and ginataang gulay. All were very savory and number of servings were suitable. However, the crispy pata was dry, but the condiments still made it enjoyable. Staff was very accomodating. Alexa and Louise introduced themselves and were able to attend to us quickly and sufficiently. Atmosphere needed improvements. While it was well-lit and well-ventilated, there were flies landing on our food or flying around the table. Regardless, eating here was a good experience overall. There are some room for improvements but this is a restaurant I still look forward to...
