Read moreThe pictures I saw on another website made this hotel look fantastic with a sea view, but it's all a ruse. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is no sea view because another resort by another name is blocking this hotel, but I believe it's owned by the same company. In the room there is no WiFi and it's more of suite than a hotel room. The room service was horrible. I ordered a sandwich and it was served in a styrofoam container. The room itself was so outdated, with old furniture and a door and lock that had me sleeping with one eye open. I had breakfast included in my room but it was in the other resort area and wasn't very good. Thankfully I was able to change hotels on New Year's Eve of all days and the one positive was the hotel only charged me for the one night I stayed there. But the hotel was nowhere near worth the $160.00 I paid for the...
Read moreThe pictures look really great on the Internet but it is not how it really looks. Worn out. Outdated. In a really dark and sketchy end of neighborhood. No Internet except in lobby. No credit cards. Only accepts Pesos. Most of the items on the "room service" menu is not available. There is a full service restaurant - next door in another hotel but the food is barely tolerable and very small portions. We paid for full board to include meals but when you go to eat you are told that you can only have what ever is the "chef's decision". The power goes out if there is a storm and you sit in the dark until it comes back on. No one from the staff comes to check on you. Then there is the "extra fees" for calling a cab. About the only thing this place has going for it is the marginal views of cebu harbor. Rent...
