I am glad that I was able to visit one of my favorite local barbecue joints in Lapu-Lapu City once again. Fons serves a lot of my favorite parts like gizzard, pork liver, botchi, longanisa, and pork and chicken barbecue. It is seasoned well and I love to dip it with their signature spicy vinegar. It is also a good place for groups to eat.

This is the place where you can enjoy eating with the locals. Tasty Barbeque with chilli soury sauce and of course the famous rice of Cebu the "Puso" or Heart. The traditional rice cooked in a coconut leave formed like a "Heart" shape.

I am glad that I was able to visit one of my favorite local barbecue joints in Lapu-Lapu City once again. Fons serves a lot of my favorite parts like gizzard, pork liver, botchi, longanisa, and pork and chicken barbecue. It is seasoned well and I love to dip it with their signature spicy vinegar. The food is good but they need to improve the quality of their customer services. I asked for my softdrinks to be replaced since a fly dived inside the bottle without me knowing. However, they refused to have it replaced bec. they served it without the fly. They come clean to have no fault about the issue. Sanitation should have been a priority to prevent such instance of fly...
