Most Incompetent Branch. Hereās what happened: I originally planned to order chicken, but the cashier told me it would take about 30 minutes. So instead, I decided to get one spaghetti pan with two extra sauces and a bucket of fries. I even confirmed with the cashier that the spaghetti pan was available and wouldnāt take long ā she nodded in agreement. It was raining heavily, and I was soaked while waiting for my food. I kept scrolling on my phone as I noticed that the other customers who ordered after me were already being served. After quite some time, I finally asked if my order was ready. The server said they were still preparing it. A few minutes later, another staff member approached me to inform me that there were no available containers for the spaghetti family pan and asked if it was okay to cancel it. In my head, I couldnāt help but think, āReally? You made me wait this long just to tell me that?ā How could no one check the container availability right after I placed my order? I told them I didnāt want to cancel, but after that, no one followed up with me again. When I checked back later, they finally gave me my food ā but instead of the proper family pan, they used four separate containers. Honestly, they should have informed me right away and offered a solution instead of making me wait unnecessarily. I left without saying much because I didnāt want to let my frustration ruin my meal. P.S. Iām not angry at the staff members (cashier, crew, or even the manager), but I am disappointed with how the situation was handled.
