Worse customer service I have ever experienced while in Cebu... From the Manager (no nameplate), whom i asked if there was someone who cleans the table as literally no clean table to sit at... He literally looked at me and did nothing... I was looking at him all throughout just to let him him that I was waiting for him and he looked back again but still did not do anything instead, he accommodated the customer making an order despite the counter staff that manages the cashier... Apart from it, the food we ordered were really dry and overcooked (2× paa and 2 x calamansi juices)... As a Restaurant Manager abroad and a travel blogger, this kind of service is really unacceptable... I will not definitely comeback nor recommend it to my friends... I hope that the service starting from the Manager down to staff will improve and be cautious and attentive to each and every customer dining in at your restaurant...

Untidy workers and unnecessary wait! I would like to express my disappointment in this branch!!! So i orederd bangus, scallops and an apple shake. The wait time of the food was okay, 10mins maybe. After I got my food, i had to wait 8 minutes for my friggin shake!!! The manager has asked the workers to go to the bank first. After the staff came back, dun palang gnawa shake ko, the manager helped chopped the fruits but friggin hell, they both didnt wash their hands, the staff walent outside and the manager just mopped the floor!!!!! Im never coming back...

Waited 40 minutes to a very unsatisfying food. Not worth it. Even when it was already on the counter, they just left it there for 10 minutes. I have to go and tell them to serve it already. The cook was also the one who served the food because other staff went out to eat. They should work on their system. Service is slow, tables are greasy, smelly, and there were...
