Shakey’s — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

Worst customer service at all not even worth a star. Had made an order but was mistakenly served to another table of three people. We were puzzled that the food served look exactly as what we ordered. The other table mistakenly eat the food but has soon realized it was not their order. We overheard them but given the situation, the other table just paid for the food however they were not able to finished it all given the order was good for a family. We waited and waited, we even asked for plates but no crew was strong enough to face their mistakes. As my sister is catching up with their flight, we ended up having the food on take out after 1 hour of waiting from the promised of 15 minutes. Even after coming to the counter to pay, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. We were not fully satisfied with the service. NOT A GREAT PLACE FOR DINING IN...

The food is average. Couldn't give even 1 star for the service. I have called twice amongst 2 staff on duty supposed to ask if how much longer we will need to wait for our food but both just glare at us and not even acknowledging my call. The staff names May Joana obviously is not in her mood to work, cannot even hide her unpleasant attitude and shows irritability to us. When we ask for the bill the guy just took our card and informed May Joana about our payment. To my surprise that May Joana didn't even bother to process our payment so I have to stand up and go to the counter where the guy put my card and bill. Only at that time that May Joana did process our payment with the unpleasant look on her face. She should have stayed at home if she's not on her...

The food was good, but the service was horrible. Was seated at 10:30am, waited 15min for a server to come take our order only to be told that some things on the menu they didn't do, like bottomless drinks. Placed our order and was told that it would be 25 min. but the place was almost empty. Got half of our food and ate while waiting for the rest. Here the waiter, who was running around like a chicken with his head cut, off forgot to placed part of the order. Waited longer as the lunch crowd and graduation people came in and waited longer. Finally brought the check but lost our super savers card. After 15 more mins got a super savers card to find out when we got home it was not ours. Not it is another trip to Basak.
