BEWARE - WAY BEYOND AIRPORT MARKUP - I've been cheated!!!! P270 / $5 for a 'large' Carmel I've blended drink that is ONLY 16 ounces.

I just had the exact same drink at another CB&TL at a nearby mall yesterday and it was muchuch bigger.

I spoke with .management at the store and to them 12oz is small and 16oz is large. ONLY AT YOUR PLACE! Most businesses in the world would never ever call 16oz large.

To the owners: you are serving international customers at an international airport terminal. We are savvy And know when we are being cheated. You want to charge a higher price for the same things in the city, fine! We expect that. But done charge iis a higher price AND cut the size down, that's GREED!

I will never ever give this place my business again, they lost...

Sold out of most of the beverage menu items and only has 3 kinds of coffee drinks and teas available. I opted for iced cafe mocha and saw that instead of brewing espresso they used powdered mix and stir into the serving cup. This is an international brand and I'm paying a little bit more only to get a powdered mix. Not going here anymore and definitely not recommending if you need strong and real coffee. Also the mocha tasted like cardboard, I can make a better one using Milo and a Nescafe coffee stick.

Please update your menu on what cups you have available or not, honestly your sneaky way upswell tactic of forcing consumers to buy a larger portion of a cup of what you offer is predatory. Looking at your menu from afar looks amazing but when it’s time to purchase, it feels like you can only select half of what is offered...
