Jollibee — Restaurant in Legazpi

Probably one of the LEAST favorable experience I've had in ANY Jollibee branches I've visited.

The cashier was definitely not in a good mood and it shows. Imagine being giddy when ordering but she did not even look up. Just placed her hand out to get the ticket (the one we get from the kiosk). Maybe she was having a bad day and that's fine. However, we had to wait for an entire hour just to get 3 items (fries, chicken, and drinks). The one that bothered me was the portion size. Girl. It's so small AND flat. We request to change it and the manager checked the pantry. There were still a number regular chicken available but they told us that there's none available at the moment and we had to wait 15 minutes for the next batch. We were like, okay sure we're willing to wait. But they urged us to just get the chicken that we had. Soo, no choice we just had to walk towards the table and eat nalang kasi we were starving.

Would definitely not recommend eating in this branch if...

I used to say that given a chance to make a review i would definitely give 5 star since i am a costumer here since 2002 or 2003 and i have nothing to say something negative. Drive thru staffs are 👍👍, very accomodating & friendly. I m just confuse of the glass division on the tables? I would understand if the glass division is placed vertically to separate the 2 tables since only 1 person per table. The glasses are placed in the middle of just 1 table while the other tabke next to it is open. So if u're using the table with the glass division, you can only use half of the table since the glass was placed horizontally in the middle of the table. Other than that, the glass division...

Very dissapointing!!!we wwnt to jollibee drive through, among our orders is 3 peach mango pies to go, unfortunately there was none ready so they had to prepare it, they asked us to wait for 10 mins. so we did in their waiting area. it's been more than 15 mins already but still it didn't came, so my husband went to the counter to make a follow up on our order. the supervisor said it was not prepared and offer choco mallow pies instead. we wanted peach mango so he declined, they asked us if we are willing to wait or a refund.
