I placed an order, it said 45-60 mins for delivery. So after an hour there was no delivery. I called the store and asked for the status. The woman who answered the phone asked if She could call me back after five minutes maybe less she returned my call and said that if I could wait until 2 PM and then an additional hour may be longer because the item that I ordered Was out of stock so I told her why didn’t you call as soon as you got the order of course she sounded very Condescending I told her forget about it because she couldn’t guarantee even after an additional hour. Manager and crews are not dedicated to assist and fulfill costumer satisfactory. Lady Counter personnel are un-mannerly talk to costumer. And the Counter and manager in charge this 12 1903H November 2023 are not properly well trained in assisting costumer need. Sabihan ba naman ako na edi "ipa cancel mo" so i did what she said I canceled our order! Nag papa assist lang kami sa tables and chairs for our family 13 kami di pa nila magawa kasi ayaw nila buksan yung isang available room dun kasi close daw as far as i know as soon as possible restaurant open pa pwede yun depende nlng sa manager and duty that time kung bubuksan pero yun nga di nila ma open open, antayin daw namin matapos yung ibang costumer sabi ni manager, rush our! aantayin namin ehhh madami kaming mag kakasama nakaka walang gana lang kumain kaya nga kami kakain sa labas para sabay sabay sa isang table. So lipat nlng ng ibang restaurant. To the staff of Mang inasal Albay, hope to do your duties and resposibilities as crews and manager so that your restaurant gain the satisfactory of individual costumer. Food is ok, not so enjoyable to eat cause it's already cold and Pm 1 chicken was so tiny. The cashier was not familiar with PWD's discount. I guess they need to train their cashier how to compute the discount though. It will take time to look for a parking lot as it is near all the government offices. Need improvement on...
