Worst McDo customer service. I'm just confused why you're still providing table numbers when no one is actually serving it to your customers. The first time that it happened, I just let it slide, but today it happened again. I noticed that it's been around 15 minutes but we still don't have our food, so I went to the counter to check, and yes, I'm not wrong, the food is already there; it's just waiting for someone to pick it up. By the time that I got it, the ice cream in the McFloat had already melted, the rice meal and fries were already as cold as ice, and the funny thing is that you can see the crews just laughing and chitchatting. Maling toy ang binigay, dahil sa screen nila available yung mga toy, and the cashier not inform us if our pick toy is right or the toy is now unavailable.

After recieving our order, we expect that we already buy the toy that our son wants, but when we open it, its not the toy that we order.

When we concern this to cashier, but they only said that the toy we order is not already available. Parang hindi concern yung cashier na hindi na available yung mga toys na inoorder sa screen app nila. At hindi nila ininform ang manager nila about dito.

Tinanong na lang din namin if pwede baguhin yung toy since iba binigay nila, kaso yung toys available nila ay 5 lang na no specific toy no. Parang modus ata ito ng mcdo nila na after mo makaorder at marecieve ay tsaka nyo lang malalaman na not available ang pinili mong toy at hindi mo alam na iba pala binigay sayo. Napaorder na kami 3 happy meals na dapat 2meals lang order namin, since nakita lang talga namin na available yung crocs kaya kami napaorder ng 3 happy meal.
