McDonald's — Restaurant in Lipa

Poor service. Been here twice for take away food. Order always incomplete. Last time no butter and syrup for my pancake, Today caramel Sundae is missng. Almost an hour to wait for order The crew in the counter discouraged me with my 1st order of chicken rice She said it will take 30 minutes So i changed my order for nuggets Still had to wait almost an hour When i finally had my order and about to enjoy inside the car Was pissed that sundae is incomplete Got 3 instead of 4 One hour waiting and still incomplete order

This branch needs to fix their icecream machine if you are experiencing issues Chicken might also be too frozen That’s why longer time...

We dine here today January 27, 2025 at 8:30pm I specifically ask for thigh for our order ( and they didn’t never asked me if i am willing to wait which i am) and initially they said yes but when we got our order they gave us rib. We ordered chicken spaghetti with Burger and fries. First time dining in here and will not go back. The chicken, spaghetti and the gravy are cold. I was really disappointed coming there as we are living out of the country and we are craving for Philippines Mcdo. I really hope that the other store will not be same with...

Food: hilaw pa ang loob ng manok at puil part yung sinerve sa akin, again. This happened for a couple of times and I had enough na to write this review.

Service: It’s weird that they (I won’t tell who but you’ll find out) smirked when I presented my PWD ID. That’s very unprofessional. Other crews are doing pretty well.

Atmosphere: They recently renovated this restaurant from looking depressed to even more...
