Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Lipa — Restaurant in Lipa

Dear Management, So today we had an unfortunate encounter with your store.1st: My fiance and I came to your branch near robinsons lipa, i understand its lunch time and the parking's almost full, but we tried our luck nways, but the guard in charge commanded us to park like this, and that, yung malapit na namin masabitan yung kotse sa tabe, so to our frustration we just go to other resto.2nd:we tried our luck for the 2nd time in your sm lipa branch. We ordered regular hawaian and pastas.Our server asked if we had a supreme card already, and if either of us were celebrating our birthday, we're not, but she said its ok if its our family members bday, we r goin to add 18PESOS for that card and our regular pizza will be upgraded to LARGE.i thot it was a great deal so we giv it a go..imagine a large pizza and a card for only 18.. then came our bill..1, 152 to be exact, and we saw a 499 bill aside from our other orders, so i asked wat was that for, its for the pizza daw.. hindi ko alam if its just a misunderstanding, but what irritates me the most is , the girl is insisting that it is ok bcoz we had our discount naman..like seriously ..i hope nxt time u'll explain ur promos...

I honestly don't like pizza chains owned by corporations as I think their food lacks warmth and the heart of a mom-and-pop shop but I'll make an exemption with Shakey's and it's not even just about the pizza. Dined here after a friend's surgery and so far with the branches I've visited, their food is consistent.

I cannot find a good Caesar Salad and Fried Chicken with other brands so far. And honestly, compared to Shakey's, theirs are just...sad. The portions are great and we had to ask to have them to-go as we're already full with everything. Their desserts are great, too. The service is okay, nothing exceptional, you just have to be patient especially during busy hours but that's understandable. This branch gives a classic American diner vibe which I adore. Overall, even though I might want to dine with smaller, locally owned pizza places, Shakey's will be an exception for me and I will definitely give another...

Shakey's Lipa never go out of style when it comes to their famous Pizza ,Chicken and Mojos. The exquisite flavourful chicken is always expected,super crunchy outside and tender inside ,the ever famous mouth watering thin pizza and Mojos, Oh i loved it then and now,not to forget to try also the creamy carbonara that suits your taste buds for pasta. The place is almost full when we visit the store for a quick night carbs drooling. The staff are very polite and attentive to our needs,yet it was almost closing when we get there,the energy can still be felt on the service they provided for the patrons. A very pleasant experienced,try the place and see it for yourself.good...
