The worst Latte I had in my life!

Been a SB coffee lover (with or without the card purchases) for decades now but this one is the most unforgettable. What a waste of money. The place is dark and doesn't have the Christmas-y vibe if I am to compare them to SB shops that I had already visited through the years of patronage.
